- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support, customer service, customer experience, or a similar customer-facing role
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service that drives customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships
- Customer-focused, resilient, and solution-oriented, with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in customer support platforms, business applications, and digital tools; experience with similar systems is an advantage
- Adaptable, tech-savvy, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement, service excellence, and learning new technologies

- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner
