Position Overview:
As our Meta/Google Ads Specialist contractor, you'll work directly
with our Media Buyer and Marketing Director to support our thriving
ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. Your primary focus
will be compiling detailed ad reports and ad tracking for our clients,ensuring accurate data analysis and clear communication of
campaign performance. As we grow, there's opportunity to expand

Roles and Responsibilities
Ads Campaign Management:
- Compile comprehensive monthly ad performance reports for clients across
- Ensure proper ad tracking is set up across Meta, Google, Google Analytics,
- Extract and analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google
- Create clear, actionable insights from campaign data for client presentations
- Assist with Looker Studio dashboard maintenance and data visualization
- Support bi-weekly KPI check-ins by preparing performance summaries
Account Diversification and Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance and flag significant changes or opportunities
- Assist with basic campaign optimizations under supervision
- Help maintain ad campaign organization and documentation
- Support A/B test tracking and results compilation
- Use data from Looker Studio, on-platform data, and various third party tools like
Triple Whale and Wicked Reports to ensure proper reporting and analysis.
Client Engagement and Reporting:
- Generate detailed monthly analytics reports, providing insights and
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, sharing valuable insights and
actively contributing to the ongoing development of effective paid advertising
strategies, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Requirements
Required:
- 2-3+ years of experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with data extraction and report compilation
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data manipulation
Preferred:
- Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
- Familiarity with third-party attribution tools (Triple Whale, Wicked Reports, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
- Previous experience in Health & Wellness, e-commerce, or service-based
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies
Bonus Points:
- Ability to create custom Looker Studio dashboards
- Experience with high-spend ad accounts ($10K+ monthly budgets)
- Background in performance marketing or digital agency environment
