Specialist, Digital Campaign Programs

What you will do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPM, and other key metrics daily to improve acquisition efficiency
- Execute A/B testing and creative optimization in real-time to improve conversions
- Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and CLM teams to align targeting and messaging
- Manage tagging and attribution through AppsFlyer and GTM to ensure clean data
- Support campaign performance needs of Enterprise and Product Growth teams
What you are expected to deliver:
- Campaigns launched on time, with correct targeting, tracking, and budget pacing
- Regular reporting on CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate (Install → Reg/Purchase → Verified)
- Optimized ad creative and media mix based on test learnings and audience insights
- Attribution data that supports funnel KPIs
- Performance contribution to growth targets
What is expected of you:
- Experience in performance media strategy and operations (Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work with CAC/ROAS benchmarks and campaign pacing
- Hands-on experience with attribution and tagging tools (AppsFlyer, GA4, etc.)
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and performance optimizations
- Strong coordination with stakeholders in a high-velocity, growth-focused environment
- Exceptional attention to detail in campaign execution, reporting, and budgeting
What you should have:
- Proven experience in digital performance marketing (2–4 years), preferably in fast-paced B2C or mobile app environments
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, AppsFlyer, GTM, and data platforms
- Certified in Meta Blueprint and Google Ads (or willingness to get certified within 6 months)
- Graduate of a business, marketing, statistics, or digital-related course
- Analytical thinker with a growth mindset and campaign optimization experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with internal teams and global partners on high-impact campaigns
- Familiar with budgeting, pacing, and KPI reporting frameworks
