Job Summary:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Follow proper cooking methods, techniques, and temperatures to ensure high-quality and flavorful food.
• Operate various kitchen equipment, such as stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers, safely and efficiently.
• Will cooperate and will do any cook request time to time for the Family.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a professional kitchen setting.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation and has ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and produce consistent results and has strong knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities and is able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• With Formal culinary training or certification has advantage but not required.
• Respectful, courteous, has good attitude and a person with dignity.
