PURCHASING STAFF

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with the construction, accounting, and warehouse teams for procurement needs.
Monitor market trends to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Prepare regular reports on completed and pending transactions for management review.
Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4 years course (preferred but not required).
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in purchasing or procurement.
With prior experience in purchasing for a construction company or real estate developer is a Plus.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory systems.
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Trustworthy, proactive, and with high attention to detail.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
