QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for ensuring that all food products, processes, and operations consistently comply with company quality standards, food safety regulations, and regulatory requirements through inspections, monitoring, audits, and continuous quality improvement.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in the food manufacturing or food service industry.
• Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, Food Safety, and Sanitation Standards.
• Familiar with food safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Proficient in conducting quality inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to conduct field/site inspections and travel, if required.
