What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and evaluate calls
• Ensure agents follow company standards and approved scripts
• Identify compliance risks and misrepresentation concerns
• Build and prepare QA reports, trackers, and audit findings
• Support coaching and performance improvement initiatives
• Work closely with Operations and Management

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1–2 years experience in QA, Sales, Customer Service, or related roles
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
• High attention to detail and listening comprehension
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Organized, objective, and solution-oriented mindset
• At least College level
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City and night shift schedule (11pm to 8am).

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience auditing sales calls
• Experience with CRM systems
• Background in compliance or reporting
