About the role
Join the talent acquisition team at PREMIER GLOBAL RECRUITMENT OPC' as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this full-time, office-based role in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical talents to support the growth of our clients businesses.
Job description- Proactively source candidates through job portals, referral, and professional networks,
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical requirements and cultural fit for our client roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, facilitating assessments, and providing qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
- Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter or within the HR/talent acquisition field
- Must possess recruitment agency experience and in-house recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting technical roles, esp. construction, logistics, manufacturing, production, printing industries and others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to delivering exceptional candidate experiences
