Sales Back Office Associate

Location: Mabolo, Cebu City | Full-Time | On-site

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare AutoCAD drawings to support project execution and production requirements.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, SMS, and social media — providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance.
• Input and update sales items into our ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely records.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure customer requests and design details are well-communicated.
• Learn our products and contribute to improving client experience with helpful, proactive support.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in data entry and basic ERP systems (training will be provided)
• Customer service mindset with a “can-do” attitude
• Bachelor’s degree or experience in architecture, engineering, drafting, or related fields preferred
