SAP S/4 HANA EWM/WM Analyst (Part-time/Remote)

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time SAP S/4 EWM/WM (Extended/Warehouse Management) Analyst to strengthen our team’s proficiency in optimizing warehouse processes through SAP S/4HANA. This role is crucial in configuring, implementing, and enhancing SAP S/4HANA WM and EWM modules to streamline warehouse operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

1. Configuration and Customization

• Expertly configure and customize SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM modules to align with specific warehouse management requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand intricate warehouse management needs and translate them into efficient SAP solutions.

1. Support and Integration

• Lead ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Optimize integration points to enhance the flow of information across the warehouse management ecosystem.

1. Rollout Planning and Execution

• Develop and execute a comprehensive rollout plan for SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM in new plants and warehouses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate data migration and testing activities to ensure a smooth go-live.
• Implement FIORI transactions and reports for the new Plant.

1. Advanced Process Design and Optimization

• Evaluate and design advanced warehouse processes such as wave management, cross-docking, slotting, and complex logistics scenarios in the SAP S/4HANA EWM environment.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline warehouse workflows.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Utilize embedded SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM reporting tools like FIORI to analyze and present meaningful warehouse management data.
• Customize insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making in warehouse and inventory management.

1. Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP EWM and WM configurations, customizations, and warehouse management processes.
• Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption of SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM functionalities.

1. Training and Support

• Conduct training sessions for L1 support and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM features.
• Assist in the development of training programs for new and existing employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as an SAP S/4HANA EWM/WM Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Extend Warehouse Management and WM modules, including advanced configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge in SAP S/4HANA FIORI transactions and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing warehouse management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience with SAP implementation projects and system integrations is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in leading SAP EWM/WM rollout projects is essential.

WORK HOURS: 8am to 5pm Eastern Time (8pm to 5am Philippine Time)
