SAP S/4 PP-PI Analyst (Part-time/Remote)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA PP-PI and a passion for optimizing production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly configure and customize SAP S/4HANA PP-PI modules to meet production and planning requirements.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Lead the configuration of PP-PI functionalities for batch management, process orders, and recipes.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP PP-PI with other SAP modules, including MM, QM, and WM.
• Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to SAP PP-PI.
• Lead efforts in production planning, capacity management, and shop floor control.
• Optimize production processes through effective use of SAP functionalities, including master data setup for bills of materials (BOM), work centers, and resources.
• Configure and support PP-PI integration with SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and updates, recommending enhancements to improve the SAP S/4HANA PP-PI environment.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the production planning domain.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP PP-PI configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Develop user manuals and training materials to facilitate user adoption of SAP S/4HANA PP-PI functionalities.
• Conduct training sessions for L1 support and provide ongoing assistance to ensure effective use of

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an SAP S/4HANA PP-PI Analyst or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP-PI modules, including advanced configuration and customization.
• Strong experience with production planning in process industries, including batch management, process orders, and recipes.
• Strong knowledge in SAP FIORI transactions and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Full cycle implementation experience is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing production processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with SAP integration projects, including MES and system interfaces, is highly desirable.
