Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

This role requires accuracy, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage large volumes of financial data while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Review, analyze, and prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel functions, including complex formulas, charts, and spreadsheets, to support financial analysis and reporting.
• Manage and process large volumes of financial data efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Break down complex accounting tasks and distribute work effectively among team members.
• Lead, guide, and support the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate output.
• Ensure proper use of MS Office tools and accounting software such as SAP.
• Identify accounting issues or discrepancies and apply analytical problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation, and internal controls.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
• Prior experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience working with MS Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP).
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly advanced formulas, charts, and spreadsheets.
• Sound knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures, principles, and regulations.
• Ability to manage and process large volumes of data within tight deadlines.
• Strong ability to break down tasks and distribute work effectively.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
