Head of Talent Acquisition

• Work with Business leaders in determining workforce requirements based on the business needs and trajectory.
• Review and evaluate job requirements based on the job description or solution created by the Business Leaders.
• Conduct market study and benchmarking for critical position to ensure competitiveness offers vs market.

• Develop, evaluate and execute talent acquisition policies to ensure compliance on procedure and local government regulation.
• Provide standard framework on end-to-end sourcing and selection process.
• Ensure full utilization of the HR tool and other AI tools that will be acquired by the company for TA space.
• Establish and fulfill key performance indicators of Talent Acquisition personnel and ensure alignment with objectives.

• Partner with leaders to implement external engagement programs and recognition frameworks.
• Build and develop annual engagement programs that will lead to achievement of becoming employee choice.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in talent acquisition and/or employee engagement.
• Experience on high volume recruitment activities.
• Has experience in hiring for C-suites level
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and market trends
• Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment and engagement program
• Proven ability to lead recruitment in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Experience with ATS systems, recruitment marketing tools, and engagement analytics
