EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH ETHICS HEAD

What you'll be doing:

• Ensures that all research projects in the College involving human subjects must undergo ethical review and clearance before implementation to ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of research participants.

What we're looking for:

• With at least 2 years of relevant managerial or supervisory work, and experience as a research reviewer or related position (e.g. research mentor/adviser)
• Preferably with a Doctorate Degree or a proven track record in research publications of high caliber
• Preferably with knowledge of SSPS or equivalent statistical processing software/analytical tool used in research
• Able to run training programs for capacity building in research-related activities for the Institution
• Must possess excellent research skills as evidenced by his/her research publication in the Scopus/WoS indexed journals.
