RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, operate, and manage a variety of baked goods (bread, pastries, cookies, etc.)
- Monitor and order baking ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety and health regulations
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of baking utensils
- Assess the quality of raw materials before baking
- Develop seasonal recipes and stay up-to-date with baking trends
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or certificate in culinary arts/baking (or relevant field)
- Experience in the food industry as a baker or similar role is a plus
- Creative and passionate about new recipes and menu items
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient behavior
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
