About the Role
The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic value of financial reporting across Australian client portfolios. This position directly influences compliance quality, audit readiness, and advisory insights-supporting smarter business decisions and long-term financial outcomes within a high-performing, innovation-driven accounting environment.
Qualifications- Strong technical expertise in Australian tax and accounting compliance
- High-level written and verbal communication skills for professional engagement with Australian advisers
- Exceptional time and project management capabilities across multiple priorities
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability to enhance service quality
- CPA or CA qualification, or nearing completion
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud-based accounting systems
- Proven experience in preparing tax returns for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, and Partnerships
- Background in an Australian accounting practice
- High level of personal maturity and professionalism
- Prepare and collate audit documentation to support compliance and reporting requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to systems, procedures, and policies for file management, retention, and data security
- Drive continuous technical development while supporting team-wide learning and capability building
