About the role
Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and optimising our business processes, ensuring we deliver exceptional services and solutions to our clients.This is a contract position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and document new or optimised business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
- Provide training and support to end-users on new or updated business processes
- Assist in the development and testing of new IT systems and applications
- Continuously monitor and evaluate business process performance
- Recommend strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in business process mapping and documentation
- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies
- Understanding of IT systems and applications development
