Sales & Service Admin - Pacific Autoworld

Pacific Autoworld Incorporated, the proud dealership of premium automotive brands BAIC, RADAR, Lynk & Co, and JETOUR, is looking for a dynamic and organized Sales & Service Admin to join our team!

In this role, you will be the backbone of our branch operations, providing vital administrative support to both our Sales and Service Departments to ensure seamless daily transactions.

• Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and maintaining organized data records.
• Department Coordination: Provide a full range of administrative support to coordinate operations between the Sales and Service Departments.
• Transaction Management: Handle daily branch service transactions and assist with collection processes.

• Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and record/data management skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Computer literate and highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience (Preferred): Prior experience handling Credit & Collection, Accounts Receivable, or Accounts Payable is a strong advantage.
