About the role:
We are looking for an exceptional Front Desk Clerk to join our dynamic team at BENGUET PRIME HOTEL & RESTAURANT in the vibrant city of Baguio. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the face of our hotel, providing a warm and welcoming experience to all our guests.

This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and delivering outstanding customer service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting and checking in/out guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Assisting guests with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area
  • Performing daily administrative tasks such as managing room availability, processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with the wider hotel team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front-desk role within the hospitality industry is an advantage but not a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
