North Haven Spa is seeking a polished and service-oriented Front Desk Clerk who will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients. This role is essential in delivering a warm, seamless, and professional guest experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate is organized, well-spoken, detail-oriented, and capable of handling appointments, payments, and client concerns with grace and efficiency. As the face of the spa, you are expected to embody our standards of hospitality, professionalism, and tranquility.

Key Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
Answer phone calls, online inquiries, and social media messages professionally
Provide accurate information about spa services, promotions, and packages
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash transactions
Maintain organized client records and booking systems
Coordinate with massage therapists regarding schedules and service flow
Ensure reception and waiting areas remain clean, calm, and presentable
Promote spa services and recommend packages when appropriate

Handle client feedback or concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications/Requirements

At least Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa industry is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in basic computer applications (Google Sheets, booking systems, POS systems)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
