Sales Specialist

- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities;
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories;
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections;
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations;
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations;
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics;
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld;
- Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time;
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field;
- Participating in company meetings with sales managers and other sales representatives which involves providing a recap of recent results and accomplishments to show they’re hitting their quotas;
- Perform booking, collection, and delivery function of stocks for clients or laboratories under special or regular transactions, when need arises;
- Visit and engage with all the healthcare facilities within the area of coverage to:
l.2 If existing, check and monitor the product movement;
l.3 Facilitate one or more of the following: booking, collection and delivery of diagnostic or pharmaceutical products;
l.4 Conduct promotional activities.
- Act in accordance with the company policies and procedures;
- Implements the work safety practices within the workplace;
- Do other related tasks as directed by the Sales and Marketing Department Head and the General Manager as the need arises in the exigency of duty.
