JOB SUMMARY

Relationship management- building rapport with doctors, nurses, buyers and distributors.

Sales Specialist main responsibility is to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities and provide tailored solutions, often utilising deep product knowledge and negotiation skills to close deals and meet targets.

Needs to sell the company’s Endoscopy products (Endoscopy tower, Laparoscopy tower, and its accessories) to a variety of clients. These include government ,private hospitals and distributors.

As well as working strategically to increase the awareness and use of the company's products. The sales specialist may also make presentations, organise group events for healthcare professionals.

A, Qualifications and Functions
  • Locate potential clients, generate leads, and initiate contact through outreach.
  • Present products, demonstrate features and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Develop sales campaigns, analyse sales data to identify trends and conduct market research.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas, revenue goals data and performance metrics.
  • Work with marketing, customer service and other teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate to finance department on payment forecast, AR, disputes, and special payment terms process.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management.

  • Supporting Sales and Marketing in achieving the objectives
  • Maintain good working relationships with respective distributors.
  • Strive for high level customer service.
 C.  COMPLIANCE
  • Ensure awareness and understanding of the Code of Conduct and other integrity and compliance guidelines and policies (Anti bribery, Conflicts of Interest, etc.)
  • Report potential misconduct violations of the Code of Conduct and other integrity and compliance guidelines to HR.
  • Ensure attendance and understanding of the mandatory and corporate training.
  • Observe and follow Healthcare Code of Conduct and Annex A of this JD as conditions of your continued employment with the Company

  • Understands and can articulate mission, vision and objectives of the subsidiary and DIVISION. Can describe the roles and responsibilities of the group and relationships to other functional departments. Can describe the Company’s operating principles and practices in the COUNTRY. Can use knowledge to devise strategies that will help achieve committed objectives
 E.  SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
  • Submits to Team Leader the monthly sales update.
  • Supports Medical events and activities
  • Perform other special projects as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL
  • Nursing, or any medical courses related, bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing
EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Medical Devices, preferred with experience of Endoscopy Towers, Laparoscopy Towers and Endoscopy Accessories.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1—REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other procedures.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiation.
  • High customer service, professional approach to internal and external customers
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills
  • Dynamic and strong engagement skills to readily communicate with suppliers
  • High business ethics and integrity
  • High confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
  • Demonstrates flexibility in operational strategy to meet the business requirements
  • Computer literate in MS Office Applications
