Job Description

• Shall be responsible on leading a team, driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning division goals with the overall corporate objectives.
• Shall be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations, strategy, and performance of the specific corporate division within the organization.
• Shall develop and implement strategic plans to achieve division goals and objectives.
• Shall lead, mentor, and manage the division team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Shall oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Shall collaborate with other departments and senior management to align division activities with corporate strategies.
• Shall monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to meet financial targets.
• Shall ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Shall prepare and present regular reports on division performance to senior leadership.
• Shall foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Will be responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between employees and management as well as communication to the mother company's executives on business targets, initiatives, results among all others.
• Shall communicate all data, reports, business or activity plans to the mother company, Sumitomo Wiring Systems, Ltd. Japan

Qualifications/Requirements

• With at least 13 years of experience in an automotive wiring harness industry.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency with business management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• With extensive experience in a managerial role in the same industry.
• Shall have extensive experience of working in a different department or group in the same industry.
• Shall have background in information security management and business economics.
• With strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure the efficient functioning of the workplace
• With extensive experience on managing internal and external Corporate Affairs in the same industry.
• Can fluently speak, write, and read Japanese language.
