Who are we looking for:
As a Store Manager, you are expected to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.
Provides excellent customer service and handles complaints professionally.Trains, mentors, and oversees staff to meet sales goals.
Develops strategies to attract customers and increase profitability.
Manages store administration, including budgets and financial records.
Monitors inventory and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
Must have at least 6 months of experience in the Retail industry or FMCG is preferred.
Strong leadership, customer management, and people management skills.
Customer service-oriented with business management knowledge.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset, trustworthy, and reliable with high integrity.
Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Willing to be assigned to any Alfamart Store within Urdaneta City or Pangasinan.
