We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, specializing in trucks and buses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Oversee and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing training and support.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for trucks and buses.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management, including forecasts and performance metrics.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the after-sales team to align promotional activities and campaigns with sales initiatives.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor vehicle inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate supply.
