What does an Engagement Team Leader really do? Think of yourself as the vibe curator—bringing our culture to life through events, programs, and initiatives that celebrate our people and values.

You’ll work closely with the Employee Engagement Manager to support and execute engagement strategies that make TaskUs an amazing place to work. From recognition programs to site-wide activities, social media content to community outreach—you’ll help ensure every teammate feels valued, connected, and inspired.

As an Engagement Team Leader, you will:

  • Assist in planning and executing Ridiculously Good programs and events like Customer Service Week, Employee Appreciation Day, and community impact projects.
  • Help develop and maintain a dynamic calendar of engagement activities, communications, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure all engagement efforts align with TaskUs values and culture.
  • Support data gathering, reporting, and audits for RnRs, club management, and prize distribution.
  • Help manage internal communications, promotional materials, and activity announcements.
