- Solid understanding of operational strategy development and implementation.
- Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and propose improvements.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- A proactive approach to driving innovation and process optimization
- Willing to work in Makati City
- Willing to do local and international travels
