Retail associate

Job Description

1. Learn and participate in various retail functions, such as new product launches, field construction, and inventory management.
2. Gradually engage in and learn about operational tasks such as budget control, cost management, and revenue enhancement.
3. Participate in market research to understand local consumer behavior and competitive landscape, providing optimization suggestions for retail operations.
4. Master data analysis, RMS systems, and other tools to manage field operations effectively.
5. Assist in managing and motivating the team, supporting performance management and employee development.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, any major accepted, with a preference for Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
2. Strong interest in the retail industry, willing to start from the basics and grow quickly into retail management talent.
3. Strong learning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, strong stress tolerance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
6. Proficiency in English as a working language; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
