Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the Logistics and Purchasing teams
• Plan, analyze, and improve supply chain and inventory management processes
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency and supplier performance
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments for timely delivery of materials
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records
• Analyze data and prepare reports on logistics performance, costs, and service levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Train, mentor, and evaluate logistics and purchasing staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or purchasing operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in team management and supervision
• Proficient in MS Excel and supply chain systems (ERP is a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
