OMS Champion (Operations Management Systems) / Industrial Engineer

The Purpose of the OMS Champion Job is to support the implementation of the Operations Management System on site and ensure sustainability. This includes the development and coaching of the site leadership team (supervisors and coordinators) and the tracking of the OMS achievements.

• Drive the implementation of the 4 OMS principles and 12 OMS elements and maintain the OMS
• Support the site management team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardization
• Support continuous improvement
• Coach of a team, ensuring everyone plays by the rules to achieve success.

Qualifications:

• Experience in performance management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience working with supply chain operations
• Proficient in MS Suite
• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or any related courses
• Dynamic and goal-oriented; enabling site teams to work accordingly to plan
• Ability to influence without authority
• Willing to be assigned in Pulong Sta Cruz, Sta. Rosa Laguna
