FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE
To deliver annual sales of certain amount and number of units in accordance to the Branch's sales plan and projection
To ensure collection efficiency 100%. To monitor and update customers' schedule of payments, to ensure that collection targets are met
To acquire adequate and up-to-date product knowledge and selling techniques

To execute, implement, and measure sales and marketing strategies and tactics

To develop, maintain, review and expand customer-base (clientele-base), and to come up with customers' records/profile and ensure that customer data are maintained and updated on a regular basis

To plan, execute, and review a systematic frequency of customer calls and visitations, and to establish good customer service relationships by giving prompt and sincere ttention to their needs and requirements. Ensure that customer and customer-related issues are handled with utmost courtesy.

To ensure that standard sales operating systems, policies, and procedures on sales booking or reservations, credit terms if applicable, delivery schedules, discounts, collections, service warranty are consistently complied. Ensure that these are well communicated to customers
To gather pertinent marketing information and provide feedback to management
To build and maintain customer-relations through effective and efficient customer service
To ensure that customer-related issues and feedback, whether positive or negative are properly and promptly addressed
To submit sales, competitor and other admin requirements, ensure that its complete and on a timely basis
To ensure accuracy of product and documentary details before it is released to the customers

To do related functions that the immediate superior may assign from time to time
