Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Carmona for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will lead nationwide sales operations, drive revenue growth, strengthen distributor and key account relationships, and ensure full market coverage across all channels.
The role includes developing and executing national sales strategies, managing regional sales teams, improving account penetration, ensuring product saturation across 250+ SKUs, and aligning sales with operations to avoid stock gaps and maximize sell-through.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, building scalable systems, monitoring KPIs, and creating a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute national sales strategy
- Lead and manage regional sales teams and supervisors
- Drive expansion in pet shops, vet clinics, agri-vet stores, and online accounts
- Improve account coverage and product saturation
- Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline
- Strengthen distributor partnerships nationwide
- Align sales with supply chain to reduce out-of-stock issues
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales leaders
- 5–10+ years experience in FMCG, pharma, or distribution sales
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding national targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing distributors and key accounts
- Data-driven and KPI-focused
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willing to work on-site in Carmona and travel in Luzon.
