About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team at Undecim Medical Supplies. In this full-time, office-based role based in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality medical supplies to healthcare providers in the local area.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service
- Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our medical supplies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and a good understanding of the healthcare industry
- Degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or business, is preferred
