Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
Mandaue City, Cebu
Full-time | On-site
Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to manage billing, collections, and customer accounts. The ideal candidate ensures timely payment of invoices, accurate record-keeping, and strong coordination with clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances
- Follow up on overdue payments via call and email
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare AR aging reports and collection summaries
- Coordinate with Sales and Accounting teams regarding account concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 6 months of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong knowledge of billing and collection processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Stable, full-time position
