Full Time Contrast Guide & Front of the House Staff (40 hrs/week)

As a Contrast Therapy Guide/Front of House at Cedo Wellness, you will be responsible

Minimum of 1+ years experience in contrast therapy or wellness services or gym guide/instructor is required.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

• Maintaining an atmosphere that reflects the wellness brand's values - calm, clean, uplifting.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Be the first point of contact - greet all clients warmly and by name when possible.

• Handle class check-ins, walk-in inquiries, bookings, cancellations and waitlists (only when not needed in contrast therapy).
• Support Studio Manager in supervising daily operations and step into leadership responsibilities in their absence.
• Balance administrative tasks with a strong customer service presence.
• Maintain a clean station at all times to avoid hazards (e.g. mop contrast therapy room, etc.).
• Ensure accurate handling of payments and financial transactions.
• Uphold the brand's safety protocols to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for clients and members.
• Work 40 hours weekly. Full time.
