We’re expanding our finance team with a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support daily accounting operations, client onboarding, and financial reporting.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with our leadership team to manage accounting processes in QuickBooks Online and Ramp.com, oversee credit and vendor management, and support financial reporting. The role requires strong familiarity with U.S. GAAP, clear English communication, and proven experience supporting U.S.-based clients.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows.
• Perform bank, credit card, and Ramp.com transaction reconciliations.
• Record and apply credit memos and vendor credits accurately.
• Prepare journal entries and month-end close reports (MRPs).
• Handle cash applications and ensure accurate payment allocations.
• Process new client credit applications, gather client and bank references, and pull detailed credit reports for management review.
• Coordinate credit limit and terms assignment with leadership.
• Manage and report customer credit insurance activity to Euler Hermes.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Maintain and update financial statements, aging reports, and cash flow tracking.
• Support year-end reporting, audit preparation, and internal control improvements.

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with U.S.-based clients.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Ramp.com.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong communication skills with experience interacting with clients and vendors.
• High attention to detail and organizational accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• (Preferred) Experience with ERP integrations, multi-entity accounting, or credit insurance reporting.
