BIM Modeler

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a Junior BIM Modeler to assist in integrating M&E services into architectural and structural designs. The role involves conducting quality checks, resolving model issues, removing unnecessary items, and maintaining model libraries.
What You’ll Do:
- Liaise with the design team to seamlessly integrate M&E services into architectural and structural designs
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with client's quality standards
- Ensure resolution of all floating elements in the model
- Remove unnecessary items and elements from the model for optimal efficiency
- Identify and resolve clashes during coordination; escalate unresolved issues for further discussion with the client.
- Maintain and develop libraries to ensure consistent and efficient modeling processes.
- Meet specified deadlines for project deliverables.
- Demonstrate a proactive willingness to learn, adapt, and be trainable
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exhibit the ability to commence work immediately
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 to 2 yrs experience as a BIM Modeler
- Proficient in the use of Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks
- Strong coordination skills across all disciplines of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- General understanding of components of MEP services
