Junior Recruiter (US Travel Nurse)-OPEN TO Fresh Grads

Employment Type: Full-time

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Conduct initial screening and interviews with candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in managing job postings and employer branding efforts
• Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding application status and requirements

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates (any course)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace

Nice to Have:

• Interest in healthcare or US recruitment
• Internship or project experience related to recruitment, HR, or customer service
