MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Job Description
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment within industrial properties, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance. Conducts routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, and other mechanical facilities.Assists in monitoring building operations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring all mechanical works meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Applicants must demonstrate functional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin for effective workplace communication; familiarity with or the ability to communicate in local dialects shall be considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Possession of a professional license, technical skills certification, specialized vocational training, or higher educational credentials is not a prerequisite for the position.
- Candidates are required to have completed at least secondary education, defined as high school graduation or its officially recognized equivalent.
- Prior relevant work experience is not a mandatory requirement; however, applicants with applicable experience may be given preferential consideration during the selection process.
