About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist with strong experience in Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D). This role is suited for someone who is hands-on in talent acquisition while also supporting employee development initiatives and HR operations.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and opportunities
• Assist in the development and implementation of L&D programs
• Coordinate with external training vendors for workshops and company events
• Provide administrative HR support and maintain employee records
• Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives
• Generate HR reports related to recruitment and training
• Serve as backup support for other HR functions when needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management (strict requirement)
• At least 2 years of HR experience, with strong focus on Recruitment and L&D
• Hands-on experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and hiring processes
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Guaranteed 14th month pay + 15th month pay
