The HR Generalist is responsible for managing employee relations with a focus on maintaining workplace standards, enforcing company policies, and handling disciplinary actions fairly and consistently. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and promotes a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct
  • Handle disciplinary actions, including notices to explain, reprimands, and terminations
  • Investigate employee incidents, grievances, and complaints promptly and fairly
  • Maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases and employee interactions
  • Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on performance management and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Support employee engagement initiatives while maintaining accountability standards
  • Coordinate with management on performance improvement plans and corrective measures
  • Conduct exit interviews when necessary and provide reports to management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee relations and discipline
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
