HR / PAYROLL COORDINATOR (ON-SITE)
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related support role
- Experience with:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relation
- Employee records and HR documentation
- Benefits administration or payroll support (timekeeping)
- Understanding of:
- Labor and employment laws
- HR policies and procedures
- Recruitment and selection processes
- Performance management and training coordination
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service mindset (supporting employees and managers)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic reporting and data entry skills
- Comfort with digital tools, databases, and HR software
- Professional, ethical, and discreet
- Approachable and team-oriented
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
