Enterprise Account Executive (B2B Software Solutions)

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our client's team and drive business growth through strategic sales of SaaS, enterprise integration, automation, and software solutions. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with enterprise and government clients, and identify opportunities to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions, close high-value deals, and ensure long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise and government sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Understand client business challenges and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
- Navigate government procurement processes and enterprise purchasing requirements when applicable.
- Work closely with delivery and project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of solid experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, software solutions, system integration, or technology services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation, cloud solutions, and integration platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise clients; government sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop business proposals and articulate value-based solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
