Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present company products and services to customers and provide appropriate solutions based on their needs.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with the Production and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
