Online Merchandising Assistant

JOB SUMMARY
The Online Merchandising Assistant will help improve and grow the online channels in terms of traffic, users, transaction count, basket size, and sales. She/he will be in charge of assisting customer inquiries via website chat and will closely work with the MS team regarding customer requests, instructions, and order inquiries.He/she will also help maintain MUJI's online catalog and third-party online shopping platform(s).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Regularly answers web customer messages, inquiries, and the like
- Daily updates to the customer inquiry report tracking
- Checks and publishes web customer reviews
- Coordinates with MS team on order inquiries and/or customer order instructions
- Creates masterfile for Online Catalog and Trunc
- Assists in Uploading of jancodes in the Online Catalog
- Assists in photo editing for Trunc product uploading
- Assists in updating of internal master files
- Initiates web and 3rd-party online shopping platforms auditing (price, photos, description and the like)
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure all online-related tasks are well executed in a timely manner
- Assists the online team in generating significant data for the executive meeting and other reports.
- Contribute to the team's systems and processes effectiveness and efficiency in providing solutions to the various and developing demands of the business unit.
- With a bachelor's degree in Marketing, office administration, and/or other relevant courses
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in E-commerce.
- Customer Service and Online Reputation Management Skills

- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledgeable in E-commerce
- Basic Knowledge in Photo Editing
