Who are we looking for:As a Merchandising Assistant, provide administrative support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise. Assist in providing item information to be presented in buying sessions.
- Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within time frame.
- Prepare and maintain various sales reports.
- Manage reconciliation of all invoices and purchase orders to be forwarded to accounting for documentation.
- Responsible for the analysis of sales and inventory based from the system and actual supplies, if needed.
- Coordinates with the Shift Leaders, Area Coordinators and Suppliers to address item concerns.
- Calibration of marketable price of supplies/items.
- Coordinates with the Marketing team regarding promo calendar and features.
- Drafting of promotional agreements per vendor for Marketing initiatives. ∙Updates the price in the system.
Qualifications/Requirements
What does it take to be part of the team?- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business Course
- Fresh Graduate are open to apply
- With basic knowledge in MS Application, especially in excel (e.g. Basic Formula, Pivot, V Look Up)
- Must have good communication skills and analytical thinking
- Must have ability to work within tight deadlines
- Willing to travel when needed
- Must be a team player, keen to details and task-oriented
- Must have pleasing personality
