About the Outbound Sales Representative Position
We’re looking for a highly motivated, independent worker to join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative. As Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for placing cold calls to potential clients and achieving sales quotas by proving that our product can best serve their needs.Identify potential customers, reaching out to them through cold calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize scripts to present our product to possible customers and asking questions to learn what their needs are
- Inform the customer of how our product can best address those needs
- Maintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses
- Direct calls to other departments as needed
- Take incoming calls from current customers
- Keep a detailed record of all calls and sales
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, although a BA/BS is a plus
- Must have Sales experience in BPO industry
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to be persuasive and handle negotiations
- Superb customer service skills
- A goal-driven and results-oriented personality
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
