We are currently looking for Corporate Service Head with the following qualifications:

Job Description:

• Oversees the managed teeasury and corporate accounting operations to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
• Focuses on delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient financial and treasury processes while enabling decision support for property management.
• Provides financial insights, reporting, and solutions to support business decisions and operational strategies.
• Manages managers, team leads, and specialists across corporate accounting and managed properties treasury functions, ensuring consistent execution and development.
• Oversees teams handling corporate accountnting journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports and managed properties treasury operations.
• Directs month-end and year-end close activities of corporate accounting and managed properties treasury functions.
• Oversees resolution of high-impact managed properties and corporate accounting issues, escalations, and audit findings.
• Leads process improvements, automation initiatives, and capability building to enhance efficiency and control.
• Develops talent through training, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Ensures adherence to PFRS, BIR regulations, internal controls, and corporate policies.
• Responsible for all managed properties treasury, corporate accounting operations, compliance, reporting accuracy, and risk management.
• Excludes direct ownership of managed properties financial planning, analysis, budget and forecasting, and managed properties accounting and financial reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or other professional accounting certification required.
• 10-15 years total experience, with at least 3-5+ years in finance/accounting leadership roles.
• Proven experience in the real estate industry or leading accounting shared services functions.
• Deep knowledge of PFRS, internal controls, financial reporting, and treasury management.
• Strong leadership skills in managing, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
