As we continue to expand, UHA Caregiver Academy is currently hiring for key roles, including a Marketing Manager who will help promote our mission.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing student enrollment, strengthening the training center’s brand identity, and building relationships with potential students, partner institutions, and communities. Oversee online and offline marketing activities.

The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for preparing regular marketing performance reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and using data-driven insights to improve future strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing or advertising
Knowledgeable in using social media as marketing tool
Understands and knows how to use AI in doing research and in marketing
Preferable with knowledge in Graphics/ digital design
Excellent communication skills
Willing to travel for training center promotions, events, and partnerships as needed
