Summary:
Oversees the company’s marketing operations including the strategic implementation of marketing plans, integrated marketing communications and campaigns, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working towards the fulfillment of the company's vision of becoming the most recognizable brand and first choice for construction and improvement solutions in the country.
- Concretizing the essence of the brand voice with stronger and lasting connections with specifiers, DIY enthusiasts, customers, the community in general, and the employees/internal stakeholders.
- Conceptualizes and executes multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, thus, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Campaigns should be in accordance with defined marketing standards.
- Gathers, analyzes, interprets quantitative and qualitative data and prepares recommendations based on the marketing metrics provided by social media (i.e., website Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) to determine the cost effectiveness of investments on advertisements.
- Oversees the relevant and accurate implementation of the Integrated Marketing Communications Plan, that includes website postings, e-catalogs, brochures, billboards, and other collaterals.
- Creates, maintains, and conducts analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendation on tactics.
- Oversees the preparations of the calendar of activities of the different product groups.
- Oversees the relevant and accurate implementation of the Integrated Marketing Communications Plan, that includes website postings, e-catalogs, brochures, advertisements, and other collaterals.
- Creates, maintains, and conducts analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Oversees the preparations of collaterals.
- Coordinates with the Project Sales group whenever there are marketing initiatives that require the group’s participation.
- Prepares the following:
- 1 Strategic Marketing Plans
- 2 Tactical Plans
- 3 Integrated Marketing Communications Plans
- 4 Marketing Standards for Preparation of Campaigns
- 5 Regular Marketing Reports covering market trends, forecasts, analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
- 6 Synchronized calendar of activities
- 7 Other analytics and key marketing insights across multiple functions
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Mass Communications, Business Administration/Management, Marketing Management or related course.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related fields.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent public relations and networking skills.
- Keen with details and highly organized.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
- Very good leadership skills.
- Very good time management skills.
- Has comprehensive knowledge in marketing media platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
